I have filed numerous reconsideration requests, and have advised people on how to make changes to their sites before making a request… sometimes they even listened to me (the people I gave advice too)
Google as a rule never replies to reconsideration requests. There may be rare cases they do, but I haven’t seen such a reply.
Wait about a week… you will be notified that Google has looked at it.
You won’t hear anything else.. though you may see a change in rankings eventually
Okay, so I have a noob website question, if I have a website hosted on a separate computer and make changes to it via an administer account usually from a different computer, do I have to download any documents (PDF files) to the computer I am hosting the site on?
Thanks to Google for letting Matt provide all of these great video on their channel. I just spent about 4 hours going through a bunch of them and was able to get some good information for promoting my website.
